Brewing Ritual
Measure 3–4 g of the composition per 250 ml of fresh water. Infuse at 95°C for 6–8 minutes, allowing the fruit and flowers to reveal their full character.
The infusion is beautifully balanced on its own and, in summer, may also be served chilled.
