Our Story

NELVAYA creates loose-leaf teas and infusions with a distinctive yet beautifully balanced character. The collection brings together five blends: Classic Earl Grey, Ginger & Orange, Mango & Orange, Japanese Cherry and Raspberry & Linden. Each reveals a different expression of flavour — from the depth of black tea and bergamot, through the warmth of ginger and the brightness of orange and mango, to the delicacy of cherry, raspberry and linden blossom.

Five expressions of NELVAYA

Classic Earl Grey pairs the depth of black tea with a clear note of bergamot. Ginger & Orange sets that bold character against the warmth of ginger and a soft citrus note of orange. Mango & Orange reveals the brighter, fruit-led side of green tea. Japanese Cherry balances white and green tea leaves with cherry and delicate florals, while Raspberry & Linden completes the collection with a velvety pairing of raspberry and linden blossom.

How to Brew

Brewing temperature and infusion time are tailored to the character of the leaves. Black teas are brewed hotter, green and white teas more gently, while fruit and herbal infusions are given more time. You will find precise guidance on each product page. Treat it as a starting point, then adjust the cup to your own taste.
