Brewing Ritual
Measure 2–3 g of loose tea per 250 ml of fresh water. Infuse at approximately 80°C for 2–3 minutes. Water that is too hot may obscure the fruit's freshness with excessive astringency.
In summer, the composition can also be prepared as a light chilled infusion.
